What to expect

Gain hands-on insights into the diverse world of consulting and learn from our experienced consultants through impactful projects across various industries and companies of different sizes.
Actively shaping the implementation within the client organization alongside conceptual work, ensuring visible impact.
Work actively toward concrete project outcomes, and:
- Take ownership of smaller analyses and research tasks.
- Support UNITY teams at already existing customers in all steps of the project.
- Independently handle internal tasks.
- Prepare and follow up on client workshops (depending on the project setup, on-site involvement may be possible).

What you bring

Must-Have:

A completed bachelor’s degree or a soon-to-be-completed master’s degree with excellent academic performance in a technical or business-related field.
Note: We offer different roles and compensation models depending on your degree level.
Interest in project and process management, digital transformation, IT implementation and optimization, factory and production planning, and supply chain management.
Strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking skills, combined with a passion for solving complex challenges collaboratively.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and strong communication skills in both written and spoken Danish and English (C1-level).

Nice-to-Have:

Initial relevant work experience is a plus.
Written and spoken fluency in German, any additional Nordic language
